LBTEK provides an active vibration isolation series platform. The active vibration isolation platform consists of structures such as a base, support elements, a stage, sensors, a controller, and an actuator system. The stage is supported by springs, keeping it in a floating state. The vibration state of the stage is monitored by highly sensitive sensors. The controller analyzes and processes the feedback signals from the sensors, and then controls the actuators to generate real-time counteracting forces against the stage's vibrations, achieving active vibration isolation in 6 degrees of freedom.

Desktop Active Vibration Isolation Platform

LBTEK offers a series of desktop active vibration isolation platforms that are lightweight, portable, and easy to install. They require no air supply and can be used simply by connecting to a power source. With user-friendly operation, these platforms allow real-time monitoring of tabletop vibration conditions, providing excellent vibration isolation performance. They are suitable for precision instruments and equipment with high vibration sensitivity requirements, such as precision microscopes, laser interferometers, precision laboratory workstations, and semiconductor manufacturing tools.

LBTEK has introduced desktop active vibration isolation platforms in sizes of 520mm × 440mm and 600mm × 500mm. For custom requirements such as other special sizes or the addition of threaded holes on the table surface, please contact LBTEK customer service.
