The VSPI confocal microscopy imaging system provided by LBTEK is primarily used for research in life sciences, cell imaging, fluorescence measurement, fluorescence labeling, high-resolution fluorescence imaging, analytical biology, and interdisciplinary studies. It meets the usage requirements of disciplines such as life sciences, medicine, pharmacy, and chemistry. It can be applied to study the biological changes, quantitative analysis, and real-time quantitative measurement of live cell structures (such as organelles or internal structures of the cell membrane) and specific molecules or ions. It plays a significant role in research areas such as intercellular communication, single-molecule imaging, quantitative localization analysis of fluorescence, physicochemical measurements of cells, pH analysis, intracellular ion analysis, tissue optical sectioning, three-dimensional image reconstruction, and high-resolution molecular localization. The configured high-resolution imaging system and rapid scanning system enable the study of the interaction mechanisms between nanomaterials and cells or organelles, allowing for non-destructive and rapid detection of cellular structures.
