LBTEK offers microscope stage adapter arms, as well as XY manual microscope stages and slide holders, to ensure compatibility between Olympus stages and sample holders with self-built microscope platforms. The MSXY-A stage adapter arm is specifically designed with a D1Y male dovetail mount for the MSXY XY manual stage or any Olympus U-SV line XY stage. The hand-tightening screw on the front of the microscope stage can be secured to the dovetail of the adapter arm. The female linear dovetail on the adapter arm can then be mounted onto the self-built microscope main body support or a 95 mm optical rail. The MSXY XY manual microscope stage delivers stable performance and is easy to use, allowing smooth and unobstructed movement of 80 mm along the X-axis and 54 mm along the Y-axis. Each axis features a vernier scale with an accuracy of 100 μm at the edge, facilitating high-precision sample positioning. The knobs located beneath the stage allow for independent adjustment of the X and Y-axis movements: the entire top plate of the stage moves along the Y-axis (front to back), while only the hand-tightening screw used to secure the sample holder moves along the X-axis (side to side). The manual microscope stage is compatible with slide holders or other Olympus U-H series slide sample holders. The slide holder accommodates standard slides and can be fixed onto the stage using the two hand-tightening screws located behind the X-axis scale.
