LBTEK manual linear translation stages utilize linear cross roller guides and are driven by micrometer heads. The 6.5 mm travel manual linear translation stage features a stage surface size of 30 mm × 30 mm, with M3 threaded holes spaced 11.3 mm apart and M4 threaded holes spaced 12.5 mm apart. Both single-axis and XYZ manual linear translation stages are available, both driven by standard micrometer heads. They are further categorized into left-side drive and right-side drive types, with linear displacement accuracy within 3 μm. Additionally, LBTEK manual linear translation stages can be freely combined to form multi-axis translation stages. The sides are equipped with hex socket locking screws, allowing the stage to be locked in place after reaching the desired position. The fixed base plate of the stage has M6 countersunk threaded holes measuring 75 mm × 50 mm. Using the included hex socket cap screws, it can be directly mounted onto an M6 optical table with hole spacing of 25 mm. In addition to the 6.5 mm travel manual linear translation stage, LBTEK also offers manual linear translation stages with 13 mm and 25 mm travel.

Both utilize a single-axis drive system, equipped with a micrometer head drive, offering a travel range of 6.5 mm, with the micrometer head featuring a minimum graduation of 10 μm. The stage platform measures 30 mm×30 mm and includes M3 and M4 threaded holes. The bottom of the stage is equipped with 2 countersunk positioning holes and 1 M4 threaded hole, allowing the stage to be secured in position using M3 or M4 screws.

The optical component is mounted on a single-axis linear translation stage.

LBTEK offers mounting base plates for displacement stages suitable for mounting stages with a table size of 30 mm×30 mm. Made of aluminum alloy, they feature high precision and good rigidity, and come with M6 countersunk through-holes for mounting, allowing the displacement stage to be fixed onto the base plate. Two M6 countersunk slots are located on both sides of the base plate, with their spacing being a multiple of the threaded hole spacing. M6 socket head cap screws can be used to securely fasten the base plate parallel to an optical table or breadboard. M6 mounting screws are included with purchase.

LS30-6-D is suitable for mounting on a stage with a tabletop size of 30 mm×30 mm.
