Product Description
  • Ultra-narrow linewidth: <100 kHz
  • Mode-hop-free tuning range ≥20GHz
  • Free-space output / fiber-coupled output
LBTEK's narrow linewidth semiconductor lasers utilize ultra-narrowband interference filters as frequency-selecting devices, narrowing the laser linewidth through a cat's eye structure reverse self-collimating resonant cavity. Because the mode selection and feedback devices are independent of each other, compared to grating feedback mode-selection lasers, they offer advantages such as long lifespan, narrow linewidth, compact size, strong anti-interference capability, stable frequency, and a wide selectable wavelength range. They are widely used in fields such as precision interferometric measurement, atomic frequency standards, optical communication, laser gyroscopes, and precision spectroscopy physics. For special customization needs, please contact LBTEK customer service. The 780 nm/852 nm narrow linewidth semiconductor laser is a Class 3A laser device. Please avoid direct eye exposure to the laser during use.
Narrow linewidth semiconductor laser
  • Precision wavelength tuning <1MHz
  • Frequency stability <1%
  • Free-space optical output

The narrow linewidth semiconductor laser series products adopt an integrated mechanical structure, combined with atomic line frequency stabilization technology, with the output wavelength precisely locked to specific atomic transition lines (852nm/780nm). Through a high-bandwidth active feedback mechanism, deep suppression of laser frequency noise is achieved, ensuring long-term continuous locking stability. The ECDL series features ultra-narrow linewidth characteristics (typical value <100kHz), power output stability <1%, and supports a mode-hop-free continuous tuning range of ≥20GHz. The laser beam quality is excellent, with fast and slow axis divergence angles less than 1mrad and 4mrad respectively, and is paired with a 30dB isolator to ensure the purity of the optical system.

Fiber-based narrow linewidth semiconductor laser
  • Precision wavelength tuning <1MHz
  • Single-mode polarization-maintaining fiber output
  • FC/APC fiber optic interface

This fiber-coupled narrow linewidth laser outputs 1-28mW of highly frequency-stabilized laser light via a single-mode polarization-maintaining fiber (5µm core diameter/FC-APC). It maintains an ultra-narrow linewidth of <100kHz, a mode-hop-free tuning range of >20GHz, and atomic line locking capability. A built-in 30dB isolator ensures polarization purity and system stability. It provides a plug-and-play solution specifically designed for precision applications requiring long-distance transmission, such as quantum technology and coherent sensing.
