LBTEK High-Power Beamsplitting DOE is a diffractive optical element fabricated from UV-grade fused silica, achieving the desired beamsplitting effect by redistributing energy among corresponding diffraction orders. Based on requirements such as the target splitting pattern, spacing between split spots, and beam separation angle, the phase is designed using diffractive optics principles. The designed phase structure is then implemented through surface relief fabrication to produce the desired beamsplitting pattern. Thanks to its high beamsplitting uniformity and high separation angle accuracy, the high-power beamsplitting DOE is suitable for various applications including parallel laser processing, optical sensing, medical aesthetics, and microscopic detection. Compared with liquid crystal polymers, UV-grade fused silica features low absorption in the ultraviolet region, making it more compatible with UV wavelength applications. LBTEK offers standard high-power beamsplitting DOEs with operating wavelengths of 355 nm and 343 nm, with multiple splitting modes available. In addition to standard products, LBTEK also supports flexible customization of specifications. For specific customization requirements, please contact LBTEK Technical Support.
