LBTEK 30 mm coaxial multi-layer support base, used for building multi-layer coaxial systems, with fixed optical axis height and good support. The stackable support base is compatible with installation on dovetail rails, featuring a magnetic suction structure, compact and clever design, easy installation, simple disassembly, high space utilization, and flexible adjustment of the number of layers without disassembling the coaxial system, resulting in high construction efficiency. The multi-layer support base comes with two M6 screw mounting holes and can be directly installed on an optical platform; on each support base, depending on the height, there will be different rows of coaxial holes with a 30 mm hole spacing, allowing coaxial connecting rods to be set up on the optical installation plane at different central optical axis heights.

The 30 mm coaxial post holder provided by LBTEK is a fundamental support component in coaxial optical path system structures. It serves to securely connect a standard 30 mm spaced coaxial post to an optical table or other mounting surface at a fixed optical axis center height, forming an integrated assembly. The center features an SM1 internal thread and a dual retaining ring for fixing optical elements. The bottom has two through-holes, allowing direct mounting onto an optical table or breadboard using M6 screws. The CMT-M1A has an optical axis center height of 40 mm, the CMT-M2A has a height of 70 mm, and the CMT-M3A has a height of 100 mm.

The LBTEK 30 mm Coaxial Stackable Mount includes a stackable base, multi-layer stackable plates, and support mounts. It is used to construct multi-layer 30 mm coaxial systems along dovetail rails. The dovetail clamping design at the bottom allows the mount to be inserted at any point along the rail and secured by tightening the M2 hex socket head cap screws.

The stackable base CMT-B1 is compatible with dovetail groove rails at the bottom. Its top features magnets and two pin holes for installing stackable mounting plates.

The CMT-B1A has an SM1 internal thread at the center, allowing direct mounting of optical components with a diameter of 25.4 mm and a maximum thickness of 4.8 mm. The CMT-B1B features a 30.5 mm inner diameter and uses a rubber-tipped set screw to secure the outer wall of an SM1 adapter. Both coaxial stackable plates have magnets and pins on the bottom and magnets and pin holes on the top, enabling multi-layer stacking. Once stacked, they can be locked in place. The sides are equipped with four M4 set screws for fixing Ø6.0 mm coaxial system mounting posts.

The support mounts CMT-B40 and CMT-B80 feature two flexible clamping sections, allowing 30 mm coaxial system components to be snapped in for quick and secure installation. The sides have two M3 set screws for securing the coaxial system components. The center height of the 30 mm coaxial system installed via CMT-B40/CMT-B80 is 40 mm/80 mm above the platform, respectively.

Note: The stackable plates cannot be installed directly onto an optical table or breadboard.
