LBTEK high-power cylindrical lens array products include two main types: single-sided structure and double-sided orthogonal structure. They utilize high-damage-threshold UV fused silica or S-TIH53 optical glass as the substrate material. Relying on advanced micro-nano structure processing technology, continuously arranged cylindrical microlens units are constructed on the substrate surface to achieve efficient control of the incident laser. This series of cylindrical lens arrays features a high fill factor and excellent surface shape consistency, effectively reducing scattering losses. When used in conjunction with lenses, cylindrical lens arrays can transform non-uniform multimode laser beams into highly uniform linear/square flat-top spots. The products offer various unit sizes and focal lengths for selection and are widely used in beam shaping applications such as laser lift-off, annealing, and medical aesthetics. They are made of UV-grade fused silica or S-TIH53 glass, with options for anti-reflection coating or no coating. The standard product does not include mounting, allowing customers to choose the optimal mounting method for different application scenarios.
