LBTEK piezoelectric actuator translation stages utilize linear cross roller guides and are driven by piezoelectric actuators. The linear translation stage has a tabletop size of 65 mm × 65 mm, featuring M6 threaded holes with a hole spacing of 25 mm. Three types of piezoelectric actuator linear translation stages are available: single-axis, XY, and XYZ, each further divided into left-side drive and right-side drive configurations. The typical step size of the actuator is 10-30 nm, and it features a power-off self-locking function. With the accompanying piezoelectric motion controller and software, the single-step size can be flexibly adjusted within approximately ±20% of the 10 nm reference value. Additionally, LBTEK piezoelectric actuator translation stages can be freely combined to form multi-axis translation stages. The side of the stage is equipped with a hand-tightened locking screw, allowing the stage to be locked in place after reaching the predetermined position. The fixed base plate of the stage has M6 countersunk threaded holes measuring 75 mm × 50 mm. Using the included hexagon socket head cap screws, it can be directly mounted on an M6 optical table with a hole spacing of 25 mm.

LBTEK's 65 tabletop 9 mm linear piezoelectric actuator displacement stage is divided into two drive types: left-side drive and right-side drive. It comes with piezoelectric actuator screws, a displacement travel of 9 mm, and a typical step size of 10-30 nm. The displacement stage tabletop size is 65 mm×65 mm, featuring M6 threaded holes. The bottom of the displacement stage is equipped with four U-shaped slot positioning holes, allowing the stage to be secured in place using M6 screws.

The optical component is mounted on an XY-axis linear translation stage.

The piezoelectric screw actuator PTP09 offered by LBTEK features a compact design, allowing direct integration into precision translation stages or adjustment mounts to achieve long-travel, nanometer-level linear or rotary motion control. The actuator supports a maximum axial load of 30 N, with a typical step size of 5 nm, no mechanical backlash, and a power-off self-locking function. Using the accompanying piezoelectric motion controller and software, the single-step length can be flexibly adjusted within approximately ±20% of the 5 nm reference value. However, due to the limitations of the open-loop driving principle, piezoelectric hysteresis effects, and actual operating conditions, the actual step size output by the system may exhibit fluctuations within a certain range and typically lacks strict step repeatability. To achieve closed-loop positioning accuracy and step consistency, it is recommended to pair the system with an external displacement sensor (such as a grating ruler or capacitive sensor) to form a high-precision feedback control system.
