Product Description
  • 4 drive channels, supporting single-channel or dual-channel independent working modes
  • Supports touch screen operation control
  • Supports secondary development in multiple languages including C/C++, LabVIEW, C#, and Python
The PAC04 Piezo Controller launched by LBTEK is a compact four-channel piezoelectric drive device, precisely compatible with and capable of driving loads such as piezo screws and piezo rotation stages. It supports single-channel or dual-channel independent operation modes, making it an ideal choice for applications such as beam steering and precision positioning. This controller is compact in size, allowing it to be easily placed near the motor system. The motor position can be manually adjusted via the top control panel for convenient operation. The front panel of the controller is equipped with a power switch. Once turned on, the display on the top can be used directly without connecting to a computer. When the power is turned off, the controller automatically saves all user-adjusted settings, facilitating quick restoration for future use. In terms of installation, the controller can be secured to the optical table using two M6 countersunk slots to attach the included mounting plate. The two built-in magnets in the mounting plate also enable quick snap-in fixation, further enhancing installation convenience.

The LBTEK PAC04 Piezo Controller is a compact four-channel piezoelectric drive device designed for controlling piezo rotation stages and optical mounts. This controller offers up to four output channels and supports single-channel or dual-channel operating modes—in dual-channel mode, it can drive two piezo elements collaboratively to achieve precise beam pointing adjustment, making it highly suitable for applications such as beam steering and positioning. The output voltage can be adjusted within a range of 85 V to 125 V to meet the driving requirements of different piezo elements.

The product provides four control methods: via the top touchscreen, via the top buttons, via the side SMA interface for trigger signal input, and via a PC host computer. After powering on, the top panel display can be operated directly without connecting to a computer; it also supports USB connection through the included Type-C cable for plug-and-play PC control. Additionally, users can perform secondary development of the device using software development kits based on C++, C#, Python, and LabVIEW, facilitating system integration.

Note: The PAC04 Piezo Controller must be connected to a 15 V DC power supply; therefore, a 15 V power adapter is included with the product. Do not use a power supply with other ratings, as this may cause equipment damage and result in operator injury.
