Product Description
  • Monochromatic wavelength coverage 365nm-630nm
  • Supports external trigger and software control
Non-collimated LED light sources are specifically designed for scientific research scenarios requiring uniform and wide-area illumination, such as biomedical neuroscience (optogenetics, wide-field fluorescence excitation) and precision metrology (photometer calibration, spectral response testing). With a divergence angle of up to 120°, monochromatic LED light sources provide extremely uniform wide-angle illumination, avoiding the central bright spot and edge dark area issues of traditional collimated sources, making them particularly suitable for experimental systems with high demands on light field uniformity. This light source covers multiple key monochromatic wavelengths from 365 nm (ultraviolet) to 630 nm (red) (365/400/480/530/630 nm). Users can select specific wavelength modules based on experimental requirements to achieve narrowband spectral excitation. Its output power is stable, and combined with a built-in efficient heat-dissipating sleeve design, it greatly reduces the risk of overheating damage, ensuring reliability during long-term operation. To meet diverse scientific research and OEM integration needs, this series of monochromatic LED light sources supports flexible customization of wavelength, power, and other parameters.
Non-collimated monochromatic LED
  • Peak wavelength: 365-630 nm
  • Compatible controller: LBLED-CT4V
  • Supports external trigger and host computer control

Non-collimated monochromatic LED, with a wavelength range covering 365-630nm, suitable for applications in biomedicine and neuroscience, precision metrology, etc. This LED light source consists of an LED chip, a heat dissipation sleeve, and other components. It offers stable output power with minimal thermal damage. The non-collimated LED light source requires a constant current source of 4V, 700mA (adjustable current) for driving. This non-collimated LED light source can be connected to other components via an SM1 internal thread. It can also be fixed and supported through the M3 holes on the heat sink.

Note: The light source controller needs to be purchased separately.

Light Source Controller
  • Supports external trigger and host computer control of LED light source
  • External trigger level TTL 3.3-5V

The LBTEK light source controllers are available in three models: LBLED-CT4V, LBLED-CT6V, and LBLED-CT7V. Among them, the LBLED-CT4V is used with collimated monochromatic LEDs, collimated white LEDs, and non-collimated monochromatic LEDs; the LBLED-CT6V is used with deep UV LED light sources; and the LBLED-CT7V is used with high-power white LEDs. The light emission can be controlled directly via the knob on the controller, or through software, and the controller supports an external trigger mode. For specific usage instructions, refer to the controller manual.

Note: When the current of LBLED-0365, LBSLED-0365, and LBULED-0365 collimated monochromatic LEDs is at 80%, they can achieve maximum power.
