Product Description
  • High-precision temperature controller + temperature control furnace
  • Power up to 30W
  • Temperature control stability: better than 0.001K
The crystal ovens and temperature control kits provided by LBTEK are primarily used for temperature control of optical crystals, including constant temperature and heating, to ensure stable and efficient optical frequency conversion under specific phase-matching conditions. They are widely applied in fields such as quantum light sources, laser second harmonic generation/sum frequency generation/difference frequency generation, ultrafast lasers, optical communications, and precision spectroscopy. Among these, the precision temperature controller utilizes thermistors or other temperature sensors as sensing devices, combined with semiconductor refrigeration technology, to achieve precise control of the operating temperature of optical crystals. The precision temperature controller can deliver a power of up to 30W, with a temperature control stability of ±0.001°C, providing highly accurate temperature control for optical crystals. The crystal temperature control oven, custom-designed for optical crystals, is used in conjunction with the precision temperature controller. This device enables effective environmental thermal isolation and crystal temperature control. When paired with a multi-axis translation stage, it allows for fine adjustments of the crystal's position and angle. The temperature control oven can be customized according to the crystal dimensions; for details, please contact technical support.
Crystal Furnace and Temperature Control Kit
  • Maximum temperature control power: 30W
  • Temperature control range: 20-100℃
  • Temperature resolution: 0.001℃

LBTEK's crystal oven and temperature control kit include a crystal temperature control oven and a temperature controller. The temperature controller uses the thermistor TH10K as the core sensing unit to collect the temperature of the target device in real time and feed it back to the control system; through PID algorithm for rapid computation, it precisely adjusts the working state of the thermoelectric cooler (TEC) — driving the TEC to cool when the temperature is too high, and driving the TEC to heat when the temperature is too low, dynamically offsetting environmental temperature interference. The maximum temperature control power of the temperature controller is 30W. The temperature control range is 20-100°C, with a temperature resolution of 0.001°C. The crystal temperature control oven can create an independent thermal isolation space, isolating the crystal from external airflow and temperature fluctuations; the oven is pre-embedded with a TEC thermal conduction structure and a thermistor mounting position. Both sides of the TEC and the sensor are coated with thermal conductive silicone grease to ensure efficient heat transfer, and it needs to be used with the temperature controller.
