Product Description
  • Sub-milliradian resolution, minimum displacement increment 0.1 mrad
  • Compatible with Ø1 inch (Ø25.4 mm) and Ø0.5 inch (Ø12.7 mm) optics
  • 360° continuous rotation, driven by piezoelectric ceramic motor
  • Highly integrated design
The LBTEK piezoelectric rotation mount is driven by a piezoelectric ceramic motor, specially designed for fine angle adjustment and positioning of precision optical components. It is used in fields such as fluorescence microscopy, spectral measurement, polarization optics experiments, and laser processing, especially suitable for scenarios requiring high rotational accuracy and stability, such as precise angle positioning of wave plates and polarizers, adjustment of beam polarization state, and fine angle adjustment of interferometer reference arms. The piezoelectric rotation mount has a clear aperture of 38.1 mm and comes with two threaded adapters, allowing flexible compatibility with standard optical components of Ø25.4 mm and Ø12.7 mm. The base of the mount features M4 threaded holes for direct mounting on an optical table or breadboard via a post. It can be used with the PAC04 controller, enabling angle control and real-time position feedback through host computer software or panel buttons for easy operation.

Piezoelectric Controller
  • Voltage output adjustment range from 85 V to 125 V
  • 4 drive channels, supporting simultaneous single-channel or dual-channel independent operation modes
  • USB connection enables plug-and-play PC control

The LBTEK PAC04 Piezo Controller is a compact four-channel piezoelectric drive device designed for controlling piezo rotation stages and optical mounts. This controller offers up to four output channels and supports single-channel or dual-channel operating modes—in dual-channel mode, it can drive two piezo elements collaboratively to achieve precise beam pointing adjustment, making it highly suitable for applications such as beam steering and positioning. The output voltage can be adjusted within a range of 85 V to 125 V to meet the driving requirements of different piezo elements.

The product provides four control methods: via the top touchscreen, via the top buttons, via the side SMA interface for trigger signal input, and via a PC host computer. After powering on, the top panel display can be operated directly without connecting to a computer; it also supports USB connection through the included Type-C cable for plug-and-play PC control. Additionally, users can perform secondary development of the device using software development kits based on C++, C#, Python, and LabVIEW, facilitating system integration.

Note: The PAC04 Piezo Controller must be connected to a 15 V DC power supply; therefore, a 15 V power adapter is included with the product. Do not use a power supply with other ratings, as this may cause equipment damage and result in operator injury.
