The source meter provided by LBTEK is referred to as SMU. It features a touchscreen, front panel keys, and a knob for applying voltage/current or measuring voltage/current/resistance. The instrument also supports multiple functions, such as sweep output, pulse output, arbitrary waveform generation, limit testing, trace buffer, mathematical expressions, and graphical printing. Therefore, the source meter can function as a DC (constant) voltage/current source, a sweep voltage/current source, a pulse generator, an arbitrary waveform generator, and a multimeter.
