
LBTEK High-Power Annular Shaping DOE is made of UV Fused Silica (UVFS) and fabricated using surface relief technology. It shapes the incident TEM00 Gaussian beam into an annular spot. The product is supplied without mechanical housings and can be used with optional compatible mechanical housings. Standard specifications are based on a focal length of 650 mm. In actual use, it can be adapted to focusing lenses with different focal lengths, and the annular spot size scales linearly with the focal length.
