Product Description
  • UVFS material, more suitable for high-power laser applications
  • Can be used to generate annular beams
  • Design Wavelength 1080 nm
  • Inner and outer diameters can be customized freely
LBTEK High-power annular beam shaping DOE is a beam shaping device that adopts an axicon-like phase design, writes a specific phase onto the surface of a fused silica substrate, and uses diffractive optics principles to convert Gaussian beams into annular beam energy distribution. Compared to liquid crystal polymers, UV Fused Silica (UVFS) features low absorption and high damage threshold. With the advantages of freely designable inner and outer diameters of the ring and high uniformity of energy distribution on the ring, the High-power annular beam shaping DOE has great application potential in scenarios such as 3D printing, laser welding, and drilling. High-power annular beam shaping DOE is often used in combination with a focusing lens for focused beam shaping. The standard default designed focal length f=650 mm, and the wavelength range is 1080 nm. In addition to standard products, LBTEK also supports flexible customization of parameter specifications. High-power annular shaping DOE, 1080 nm
  • wavelength range: 1080 nm
  • Gaussian-to-annular energy conversion
  • Pure UV Fused Silica (UVFS), High damage threshold

LBTEK High-Power Annular Shaping DOE is made of UV Fused Silica (UVFS) and fabricated using surface relief technology. It shapes the incident TEM00 Gaussian beam into an annular spot. The product is supplied without mechanical housings and can be used with optional compatible mechanical housings. Standard specifications are based on a focal length of 650 mm. In actual use, it can be adapted to focusing lenses with different focal lengths, and the annular spot size scales linearly with the focal length.
