LBTEK XY Translation Mount, suitable for mounting Ø25.4 mm or 50.8 mm optical components, provides XY-direction travel range of ±1 mm, ±2 mm, or ±3 mm, with an adjustment precision of 0.25 mm/revolution. The STXY1-S model is driven by a micrometer actuator, offering an adjustment precision of 10 μm/division. The XY translation mount features SM1 or SM2 internal threads and includes SM1R or SM2R retaining rings. Compatible with 30 mm or 60 mm coaxial systems. The 30 mm coaxial system offers a translation mount with a magnetic quick-release plate, enabling rapid removal of optical components within the coaxial system.

Both TXY1 and TXY1S are suitable for mounting optical components with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm. They feature two adjusters for fine-tuning the optical component's position in the X and Y directions, with a travel range of ±1 mm. The XY movement module includes SM1 internal threads and comes with an SM1R retaining ring for securely mounting optical components with a maximum thickness of 10 mm, compatible with Ø25.4 mm lens tubes. The rear panel has SM1 internal threads at the center, also compatible with Ø25.4 mm lens tubes. The TXY1 model has no threaded mounting holes at the bottom and cannot be directly connected to optical posts. However, it can be installed in a 30 mm coaxial system, with set screws on all sides for securing Ø6 mm coaxial system mounting rods. The TXY1S model features M4 threaded mounting holes on both sides at the bottom, allowing direct attachment to optical posts while remaining compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems.

TXY1 allows for fine adjustment of optical component position in the XY direction.

The Magnetic Quick-Release Translation Mount provided by LBTEK can be divided into two parts: the XY translation mount and the magnetic quick-release plate. When used alone as an XY mount, its functionality is identical to that of the TXY1 and TXY1S. When paired with the magnetic coaxial quick-release plate, optical components with a maximum thickness of 5 mm and a diameter of Ø25.4 mm can be secured within the SM1 internal threads of the quick-release plate using the included SM1R retaining ring, enabling rapid removal of optical components within a coaxial system. The mount base features laser-engraved vertical and horizontal scale markings to assist in aligning the magnetic quick-release plate. Additionally, both parts of the mount have laser-engraved reference points to indicate the correct orientation for fixing the quick-release mounting plate. The side of the magnetic quick-release plate includes a blank area for labeling optical components installed in the TXY1QF, facilitating differentiation among multiple quick-release plates. Furthermore, additional quick-release plates can be purchased separately.

The TXY1QF Magnetic Quick-Release Plates provided by LBTEK use NdFeB magnets and 440C high-precision positioning steel balls to attach to XY translation mounts, enabling quick release of optical components within coaxial systems. It accommodates optical components with a maximum thickness of 5 mm, is compatible with SM1 lens tubes, and includes an SM1R retaining ring. This magnetic quick-release plate features laser-engraved vertical and horizontal alignment lines as well as reference markers. The alignment lines assist in positioning the quick-release plate, while the reference markers indicate the correct installation orientation—aligning these markers with the points on the mount ensures proper fixation. A blank area on the side of the magnetic quick-release plate allows for labeling installed optical components, facilitating identification among multiple quick-release plates.

This adjustment mount is equipped with three M4 threaded holes, enabling direct installation on optical posts, while also being compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems. The XY translation stage has a platform size of 66×66 mm. Note: The STXY1-S model is driven by micrometer heads, and manufacturing tolerances in the micrometer heads may cause deviations in the XY travel range of the adjustment stage.
