The manual linear translation stages from LBTEK utilize linear crossed roller rails with micrometer driver. The 13 mm travel manual linear translation stage features a 65 mm × 65 mm surface with M6 tapped holes at 25 mm pitch. Available in single-axis, XY, and XYZ types: single-axis and XY stages employ standard micrometer drives, while XYZ stages offer a choice of standard or differential micrometer heads. All models provide three drive types (end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive) with ≤3 μm positioning accuracy. Additionally, LBTEK manual linear translation stages can be freely assembled into multi-axis translation stages. Side-mounted thumb locking screws allow securing the stage at desired positions after reaching the target location. The stage’s mounting base plate (75 mm × 50 mm) contains M6 countersunk tapped holes, allowing direct fixation to M6 optical tables (25 mm hole pitch) using included socket head cap screws. Beyond 13 mm travel stages, LBTEK also offers 25 mm travel manual linear stages with 90 mm × 90 mm stage surfaces and 25 mm travel.

Micrometer Head

Micrometer heads are primarily used in mechanical motion control products, such as manual linear stages from LBTEK. LBTEK offers Mitutoyo 148-801 and 150-801 micrometer heads for 13 mm and 25 mm travel respectively. The micrometer head sleeves are graduated at 10 μm/division with ±2 μm positioning accuracy. The spherical tip of the driver ensures single-point contact, minimizing alignment errors.

The micrometer head is applied to LBTEK linear translation stages.

XYZ-axis Linear Translation Stage with Differential Micrometer Head

Four U-shaped slot positioning holes on the base enable stage securing with M6 screws.

The optical component is mounted on an XYZ-axis linear translation stage.
