LBTEK adjustable irises are available with aperture adjustment ranges of Ø1 mm~Ø12 mm and Ø1 mm~Ø25 mm, featuring SM1 internal/external threads and SM2 internal/external threads respectively for ease of integration into SM1/SM2 lens tubes or 30 mm/60 mm coaxial mounting plates. The SM1DP12-XX model comes with indexed markings to assist adjustment (the corresponding values are for reference only), while the SM2DP25-2B has no indexed markings. The SM1DP12-1A is a lever-adjustable iris, allowing iris adjustment via either the lever or the outer knurled ring; the SM1DP12-1B/SM2DP25-2B models are ring-driven adjustable irises that can only be adjusted via the outer knurled ring. Adjustable irises are commonly used to control beam diameter, and their position and Iris size directly affect the brightness, clarity, and aberrations of the entire optical system.
