Product Description
  • Applicable for near-infrared and mid-infrared wavelength ranges
  • Up-conversion fluorescent materials, temperature-sensitive photochromic film materials
The LBTEK near-infrared detection card is made of up-conversion fluorescent material and is used to observe light in the wavelength range of 700-1600 nm. Its principle is as follows: the up-conversion fluorescent material can be excited by low-energy long-wavelength light and then emit high-energy short-wavelength light, thereby converting the near-infrared light effect into a visible light effect, enabling visual observation of near-infrared light. For easier use during optical alignment, one end of the photosensitive area of the near-infrared detection card extends to the edge of the card, while the other end features a hand-held area. The LBTEK mid-infrared detection card employs a temperature-sensitive photosensitive film for observing light in the wavelength range of 2-13 μm. Its principle is as follows: mid-infrared light radiation absorbed by the temperature-sensitive photosensitive film is converted into heat, causing a temperature rise. The photosensitive film displays different colors as the temperature changes, enabling visual observation of mid-infrared light. For user convenience, this product uses an aluminum alloy sheet as the substrate to facilitate heat dissipation. Additionally, crosshairs and concentric circles engraved in the photosensitive area can be used for light spot alignment.

Near-Infrared Detection Card, 700-1600 nm
  • Applicable wavelength range: 700-1600 nm
  • Minimum excitation power density 0.85 μW/mm2@980 nm

The LBTEK economical Near-Infrared Detection Card is used for observing light within the wavelength range of 700-1600 nm. Its working principle is based on the stimulated emission characteristics of upconversion fluorescent materials, converting infrared beam into visible light for visual observation. To facilitate use during optical alignment, the photosensitive area does not cover the entire card, and a dedicated handheld area is designed at one end. The minimum excitation light power density of the LBTEK Near-Infrared Detection Card in dark condition is 0.85 μW/mm²@980 nm.

  • Applicable wavelength: 2-13 μm
  • Ignition temperature: >30℃
  • Concentric circle diameter (from inside out): 8 mm
The LBTEK Mid-Infrared Detection Card utilizes a temperature-sensitive film for observing light within the 2-13 μm wavelength range. Its working principle is as follows: When mid-infrared light irradiates the temperature-sensitive film, it is absorbed and converted into heat, causing a temperature rise. The film then displays different colors in response to temperature changes, enabling visual observation of mid-infrared light. For ease of use, this product features an aluminum alloy sheet as the substrate to facilitate heat dissipation. Additionally, engraved crosshairs and concentric circles in the photosensitive area assist with light spot alignment.
