Constructed from two identical negative uniaxial crystal prisms (no > ne) with their optical axes aligned in parallel, LBTEK's Glan-Laser Crystal Polarizers are designed to output a linear polarization with a high extinction ratio. Featuring an air-spaced structure pre-mounted in a black anodized mechanical housing, the polarizer includes side escape windows specifically for high-power applications. When unpolarized light is incident, a high-extinction-ratio linearly polarized beam (e-ray) is obtained at the transmission end, while the reflected o-ray, along with a portion of the e-ray, is directed out through the side ports as non-pure o-light. Currently, LBTEK's Glan-Taylor Crystal Polarizers are available in two clear apertures (Ø5 mm and Ø10 mm) and four wavelength ranges (350 nm-2.3 μm, 200 nm-300 nm, 300 nm-700 nm, 700-1100 nm, 1100-1700 nm and 700 nm-3.0 μm). The LBTEK Glan-Laser Crystal Polarizing Prism is used to output linearly polarized light with a high Extinction Ratio (ER). LBTEK offers Glan-Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms with a Clear Aperture (CA) of Ø5 mm and wavelength range: 350 nm-2.3 μm, 220-300 nm, 300 nm-700 nm, 700 nm-1100 nm and 1100-1700 nm. At the same time, the LBTEK Glan-Laser Crystal Polarizing Prism is pre-mounted in a black anodized mechanical housing and is not removable. The housing has a through escape window for collecting reflected light. One end of the housing is threaded with SM05 external threads and comes with a retaining ring, which can be reverse-locked and used to control the Prism polarization direction; the other end is a smooth bore. Both ends can be used with LBTEK mounts, making it convenient for customers. To ensure product performance, please store it in a clean and dry environment at a temperature of 20 °C ~ 30 °C and relative humidity ≤ 50 % RH. When not in use for a long time, it must be sealed and stored in a moisture-proof manner.
