Product Description
  • Commonly used for clamping cylindrical objects
  • The base allows one-dimensional pitch adjustment
  • The distance between the two pipe clamps can be adjusted arbitrarily (25 mm-100 mm) on the base according to the M4 threaded hole positions
The LBTEK Adjustable Clamp is commonly used for cylindrical objects such as lasers. By adjusting the thumb screw, the diameter can be changed. The soft joint of the thumb screw ensures that the surface of the cylindrical object remains undamaged. The front and rear tube clamps secure the cylindrical object through three-point contact and can also hold non-uniform diameter cylinders. The base allows one-dimensional pitch adjustment with a range of ±3°, which can be used to adjust the laser emission direction.

Adjustable Tube Clamps
  • The thumb screws allow clamping of lasers with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 65 mm
  • The base provides one-dimensional pitch adjustment with a range of ±3°
  • The base features several M4 and M6 threaded holes
  • Adjustable tube clamp spacing: 25 mm to 100 mm

The LBTEK Adjustable Tube Clamps can accommodate lasers with diameters ranging from 25 mm to 65 mm. The base allows for one-dimensional pitch adjustment with a range of ±3°. The tube clamp features three M4 mounting holes and five M6 thumb screw holes, enabling angular installation. The position between two tube clamps can be adjusted on the base panel, or it can be used individually as a fixture. The base panel includes several M4 and M6 threaded holes, with a central M6 countersunk hole, allowing for standalone use or installation on standard optomechanical components such as breadboards or bases.

The adjustable tube clamp is often installed on Ø25 mm optical posts with base.
