The LBTEK 5-Axis Optical Mount with retaining ring fixation allows adjustment along five axes (pitch, yaw, and XYZ axes), all of which can be locked to ensure the stability of the mount. The mount features scale lines in both horizontal and vertical directions to assist in precise alignment of the mounting slot. The back plate of the mount is equipped with two orthogonal M4 mounting holes, enabling left-hand or right-hand mounting onto a post for compatibility with both free-space and coaxial systems.

The 5-Axis Optical Mount provided by LBTEK features an SM1 internal threaded hole and comes with an SM1R retaining ring, applicable to optical components up to 10 mm thickness with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm. It enables adjustment along five axes (pitch, yaw, and XYZ axes), all of which can be locked. The difference between the AMM5-1A and AMM5-1A-A models is that the AMM5-1A-A does not include nuts on the threaded components. Both models are equipped with three M6X025 and two M5X025 precision adjustment threaded components, with threaded bushings featuring a locking mechanism. The locking screws can be secured using 2.0 mm and 1.5 mm hex keys. The back plate of the mount includes two orthogonal M4 countersunk holes, allowing the attachment of posts to the AMM5-1A mount for left- or right-handed mounting. Purchasing the LBTEK5-Axis Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex key, one 1.5 mm hex key, and two M4 socket head cap screws.

The back plate includes two orthogonal M4 threaded holes for direct mounting onto posts, along with four Ø6 mm coaxial holes for compatibility with coaxial systems.
