LBTEK offers a series of damping isolation optical tables that combine advanced Japanese vibration isolation technology. The table top undergoes precise machining and dimple matte treatment to ensure a flatness of 0.05~0.10 mm/600 × 600 mm and a roughness of 0.8 μm. The frame is designed with either four or six support structures, depending on the table top specifications, and is composed of rigid structures using linkages. The top of the frame support contains solid rubber damping vibration isolators, which have inherent damping properties and provide effective suppression of resonance near the resonance point. They offer excellent vibration isolation effects for medium and high-frequency vibrations. Suitable for vibration isolation of medium and small equipment and instruments, with a frequency range of 15 to 200 Hz. The solid rubber damping vibration isolators have superior vibration isolation performance not only in the axial direction but also in the lateral and rotational directions. The internal damping of rubber is significantly higher than that of metal, resulting in outstanding high-frequency vibration isolation performance. The platform frame bottom is equipped with integrated leveling feet and casters to meet the diverse spatial needs of laboratories. The table top consists of a high-quality stainless steel top plate, an isolation cup layer, a middle honeycomb layer, and a bottom steel layer, preventing liquids and impurities from penetrating the honeycomb structure and blocking gas convection between threaded holes. The bottom frame of the table top is a damping isolation system, effectively reducing vibrations above the natural frequency range.
