LBTEK offers an air-floating vibration isolation series of optical platforms that incorporate Japan's advanced vibration isolation technology. The tabletop undergoes precision machining and a matte texture treatment, ensuring a flatness of 0.05~0.10 mm/600 × 600 mm and a surface roughness of 0.8 μm. The frame is designed with either four or six leg support structures, depending on the tabletop specifications, and forms a rigid structure through connecting rods. The frame's vibration isolation system adopts an air spring design. During operation, compressed air is injected into the inner cavity to form a compressed air column, achieving vibration damping through pressure changes in the rubber airbag. The system operates at a natural frequency of 0.5–3 Hz, with excellent resonance damping performance and high responsiveness. The air spring ingeniously employs a dual-chamber design, where an additional chamber reduces vertical stiffness, and an orifice is placed between the main air spring body and the additional chamber to provide damping. When the air spring is disturbed and deforms, a pressure difference arises across the orifice. During slow displacement, the pressure difference is minimal, whereas during rapid displacement, it becomes significant. As compressed air flows through the orifice, localized resistance generates damping, absorbing part of the energy and thereby achieving vibration reduction. In addition to the vibration isolation structure, the frame's isolation system includes an air circuit control system, with all pneumatic components being branded products. The platform frame features integrated leveling feet and casters at the base, accommodating various laboratory spatial requirements. The tabletop consists of a high-permeability stainless steel top plate, an isolation cup layer, a middle honeycomb layer, and a steel bottom plate, preventing liquids and contaminants from penetrating the honeycomb structure and inhibiting gas convection between threaded holes. Beneath the tabletop, the frame houses the air-floating vibration isolation system, effectively attenuating vibrations above the natural frequency range.

The table thickness is available in 200 mm or 300 mm, with M6 tapped holes on the surface spaced at 25 mm intervals and 25 mm depth.
