Stainless steel manual linear stages from LBTEK are available in single-axis, dual-axis, and tri-axis types. Featuring Gothic arch rails with an integrated thin-section design combining guideway, stage surface, and base, each stage has a total thickness of only 16 mm. The dial-type locking mechanism on the side significantly reduces drift during locking compared to standard direct screw clamping. The 65 mm × 65 mm stage surface incorporates M6 tapped holes at 25 mm pitch. Micrometer heads offer three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive, with 10 μm minimum graduation. All nominal specifications undergo 100% inspection before delivery, ensuring ≤10 μm running parallelism and ≤20 μm static parallelism. The base contains four M6 countersunk mounting holes, enabling direct fixation to 25 mm pitch M6 optical tables using included thin M6×6 socket head cap screws. Additionally, both stage surface and base of single-axis units feature Ø5 dowel holes. Two included Ø5×8 dowel holes ensure verticality in assembled XY stages.
