The LBTEK Vertical Adjustment Mirror Mount features a movable SM1 internal tapped hole, capable of mounting optical components up to 7 mm thickness with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm. It allows adjustment along two axes (pitch and yaw), both of which can be locked to ensure the stability of the mount. The base of the mount is equipped with two orthogonal M4 threaded holes, enabling left or right-handed installation by attaching a post to the VAM-1A adjustment mount.

The LBTEK Vertical Adjustment Mirror Mounts can accommodate 25.4 mm optical components with a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm, secured by rubber-tipped set screws. It offers an adjustment range of ±3.5°, with adjustment precision of 0.36°/rotation for pitch and 0.37°/rotation for yaw. The mount features two M6×0.25 adjusters with locknuts, which can be adjusted using either the included HWS-2 knurled 2.0 mm hex key or a standard 2.0 mm hex key. Additionally, the vertical adjustment mount is available in two versions: with base and without base. The base-less version has three M4 threaded holes at the bottom for mounting posts, while the base version features M6 through-holes for direct mounting onto breadboards or other surfaces with M6 threaded holes. Note that the optical axis height differs between the base and base-less versions.

Equipped with 2 M5×0.25 adjusters featuring lock nuts, it can be adjusted using the included HWS-2 knurled 2.0 mm hex keyh or a standard 2.0 mm hex key. The vertical adjustment mount features 2 Ø3 mm pin holes, 2 M4 threaded holes, 2 8-32 threaded holes, and 1 countersunk hole for M4 at the base, allowing mounting on posts or various other mounting devices. All the optical axis center height is 25.4 mm.

LBTEK Vertical Adjustment Mirror Mounts are designed to hold optical components with diameters of 30 mm, 25.4 mm, or 50.8 mm, and maximum thicknesses of 5 mm or 8 mm, secured by retaining rings. The adjustment range is ±1.2° or ±1.5°. Equipped with two M5×0.25 adjusters, each featuring a locking screw and either a knurled knob or a smooth knob for manual adjustment or hex key operation. The base includes two M3 threaded holes, while each side has either one M4 or M6 threaded hole and two M3 threaded holes, allowing mounting on posts or other mounting devices. Note that the optical axis height differs between base and side mounting configurations. The gimbal adjustment mechanism ensures the mirror's center point remains stationary during angle adjustments. This product is suitable for mounting mirrors as well as 45° incident beam splitters.

Side mounting with Ø12.7 mm post allows alignment to the optical component's center.
