LBTEK Six-Axis Fiber Coupling Stage adopts six imported crossed-roller bearing guides and nine micrometer heads, offering a compact structure, high precision, and high load capacity. Each of the X, Y, and Z axes is equipped with a coarse-adjustment micrometer and a fine-adjustment differential micrometer. The coarse travel is ±6.5 mm with a resolution of 10 μm, while the fine travel is ±0.3 mm, achieving a resolution of 0.5 μm through the differential mechanism. For angular adjustment, the three rotational axes are available: θx Axis: ±3° travel, 0.49′ resolution θy Axis: ±3° travel, 0.46′ resolution θz Axis: ±4° travel, 0.55′ resolution The six-axis fiber coupling stage is commonly used for multi-core device alignment, such as adjusting the fiber array and optical waveguides along the optical axis and rotational degrees of freedom. The CAP-1 Adapter Plate is available for mounting FSV2 series fiber holders, while the MAP-1 Adapter Plate is compatible with FMA series fixed mounts.

The LBTEK six-axis fiber-coupled translation stage is a 6-axis stage that adds angular stages (θx θy θz) to the high-resolution manual linear stages (XYZ). Two M6 mounting slots on the base plate are used to secure the translation stage. The purchase of the LBTEK six-axis fiber-coupled translation stage includes four M6 hex socket head cap screws.

The CAP-1 adapter plate provided by LBTEK features a flat key at the bottom for direct connection to FCS-L6 or FCS-R6 six-axis fiber coupling stages. The top side includes a dovetail groove for connecting FSV2 series fiber clamps, enabling the integration of six-axis fiber coupling stages with fiber clamps. It comes with two M3 hex socket head cap screws for securing the adapter plate.

The FMA series mounts provided by LBTEK can be used with the MAP-2 adapter plate to integrate components with RMS, SM05, or SM1 threaded specifications into a five-axis stainless steel fiber optic translation stage. The optical axis of the FMA series fixed mounts is positioned 18 mm above the flexible displacement stage, making them highly suitable for fiber optic coupling systems.

The MAP-2 adapter plate provided by LBTEK features an upper groove compatible with the FMA series fixed mounts. It is designed for use with the five-axis stainless steel fiber optic translation stages FCSS-L5 or FCSS-R5 in conjunction with the FMA series fixed mounts. The adapter plate can be secured using the included M4 screws and has positioning pin holes on the lower section.
