LBTEK offers a wide variety of Nikon infinity-corrected microscope objectives covering wavelengths from the ultraviolet to the near-infrared, suitable for brightfield, darkfield, DIC, fluorescence, polarizing, multiphoton, and phase-contrast microscopy. LBTEK's Nikon objectives are categorized by their achromat performance: plan semi-apochromat objectives (also known as plan fluorite or plan fluorite objectives) and apochromat objectives. Apochromat objectives offer higher image quality than semi-apochromat objectives. They are also categorized by the immersion fluid used for imaging: dry, oil, and water immersion objectives. The NAPO25XCW-MP and NAPO25XCW-MP1300 objectives are optimized for deep tissue imaging using multiphoton confocal microscopy and are ideal for multiphoton imaging. The NPLNFL10XDLL and NPLNFL10XDLL objectives are designed for positive phase contrast imaging and are an excellent choice for phase-contrast microscopy. Objectives can be adapted to 1" optics mounts using the LBTEK adapters SM1-M25A or SM1-M32A.

LBTEK offers Nikon Plan Semi-Apochromat Dry Objectives, which are designed for brightfield imaging and fluorescence observation. These objectives feature high transmission across the ultraviolet to visible wavelength range and can produce flat images. LBTEK offers Nikon Plan Semi-Apochromat Dry Objectives with magnifications of 4X, 10X, 20X, 40X, and 60X. Objectives with magnifications of 10X, 20X, 40X, and 60X are also suitable for darkfield, polarizing, and DIC microscopy. For specific parameters, please refer to the product specification list.

Using the LBTEK threaded adapter SM1-M25A, this type of objectives can be mounted onto a mount with SM1 internal threads.

LBTEK offers Nikon 100X Plan Semi-Apochromat Oil Immersion Objectives. These objectives offer high transmittance and flat images from the ultraviolet to the visible wavelength range. Designed for brightfield imaging and fluorescence observation, they are also suitable for darkfield, polarizing, and DIC microscopy. These objectives can be mounted on mounts with internal SM1 threads using the LBTEK thread adapter SM1-M25A.

LBTEK offers Nikon 10X and 20X plan semi-apochromat phase contrast objectives with excellent transmittance from the ultraviolet to the visible wavelength range. To achieve optimal phase contrast, these objectives require a corresponding annular diaphragm. The choice of annular diaphragm depends on the microscope model. Please contact LBTEK technical support for selection.

LBTEK's phase contrast objectives are positive phase contrast objectives. Light passing through the object destructively interferes at the image plane, creating a dark image against a bright background for high contrast. The principle of positive phase contrast objectives is described in the technical description. Specific parameters are available in the product specification list.

The LBTEK thread adapter SM1-M25A allows these objectives to be mounted on mounts with internal SM1 threads.
