LBTEK’s Five-Axis Stainless Steel Fiber Alignment Stage utilizes high-precision crossed-roller bearings, three micrometers, and two precision differential adjusters to deliver high accuracy, large load capacity, and a compact structure. Each of the X, Y, and Z axes is equipped with an individual micrometer: the X and Y axes offer a travel range of ±6.5 mm, while the Z axis provides ±5 mm travel, with a resolution of 10 μm per division. The two angular adjustment axes (θy and θz) each allow a rotation range of ±3°, with an adjustment resolution of 0.3° per revolution. This stage is ideal for core alignment of multi-core devices such as fiber arrays and optical waveguides. LBTEK’s CAP-2 adapter plate allows direct mounting of FSV1 series fiber holders, while the MAP-2 adapter plate is compatible with the FMA series fixed mounting bases.

The LBTEK Five-Axis Stainless Steel Fiber Optic Translation Stage is a five-axis stage featuring high-resolution linear stages (XYZ) and angular stages (θyθz). The X and Y axes have a travel range of ±6.5 mm, while the Z axis offers ±5 mm of travel, with a resolution of up to 10 μm per division. The θy and θz axes provide ±3° of travel with an adjustment precision of 0.3° per revolution. The base plate includes four M6 U-shaped mounting slots for securing the translation stage. The purchase of the LBTEK Five-Axis Stainless Steel Fiber Optic Translation Stage includes four M6 hex socket head cap screws.

The CAP-2 adapter plate provided by LBTEK features a flat key on the upper part for connecting with the FSV1 series fiber optic clamps. It is designed for use with the five-axis stainless steel fiber optic translation stages FCSS-L5 or FCSS-R5 in conjunction with fiber optic clamps. The adapter plate includes 12 M3 threaded holes for mounting fiber optic clamps and can be secured using the included M4 screws.

The FMA series mounts provided by LBTEK can be used with the MAP-2 adapter plate to integrate components with RMS, SM05, or SM1 threaded specifications into a five-axis stainless steel fiber optic translation stage. The optical axis of the FMA series fixed mounts is positioned 18 mm above the flexible displacement stage, making them highly suitable for fiber optic coupling systems.
