The LBTEK polarization-maintaining single-mode fiber patch cord ensures the polarization direction of light remains unchanged during the transmission of polarized light signals, improving coherent signal-to-noise ratio. With low insertion loss, high return loss, and high extinction ratio, it offers excellent environmental stability, making it an ideal choice for applications in optical communication fields such as fiber lasers, fiber amplifiers, and fiber optic instruments. The wavelength range is selectable from 400 nm to 2200 nm, and currently, two connector types are available: FC/PC and FC/APC. LBTEK also provides various customization services for polarization-maintaining single-mode fiber patch cords, including fiber length, ferrule diameter, and operating wavelength. Polarization-Maintaining Single-Mode Fiber Patch Cord, FC/PC Connector

LBTEK polarization-maintaining single-mode fiber patch cords feature high-quality ceramic connectors at both ends, polished to ensure a typical return loss of 50 dB. Each patch cable is tested under specified wavelength conditions to guarantee low insertion loss and high extinction ratio. Protective caps are included on both ends to prevent dust or other contaminants from affecting the ferrule end face, ensuring high stability and reliability. The FC/PC protective caps are white, while the visible light wavelength patch cords have black jackets, and infrared wavelength patch cables have red jackets. Note: FC/PC and FC/UPC differ only in polishing methods, hence they are collectively referred to as FC/PC connectors.
