The LBTEK Optical Filter Mounts is perfectly suited for securing optical components up to 2 mm thick into assemblies, making it an ideal choice for mounting flat optical components such as filters or test targets. The filter mount uses spring clips to hold flat optical components. Before loading the flat optics, loosen the fixing screw of the spring clips. After inserting the component, gently tighten the screw to secure the flat optics. The surface of the spring clip is coated with a nylon layer to prevent damage to the optical components.

The LBTEK Filter Mounts OT-CF1 and OT-CF2 are designed to hold one or two flat optics. The holding parts feature a nylon coating to prevent damage to the held optics. The OT-CF1 can hold flat optics up to 2 mm thick, while the OT-CF2 can accommodate a single optic up to 2 mm thick or two optics up to 1.5 mm thick on each side. These holders are compatible with various flat optics, including filters and near-infrared detection cards. The center of the mount features an M4 countersunk hole, allowing onto posts or optical platforms using the included M4 hex socket head cap screw. Additionally, the sides of the holder are equipped with two M4 through-holes, which can be used with M4 screws to stack multiple holders together.

The LBTEK Compact Filter Mounts OT-CF3 can hold flat optics on both sides. The clips's surfaces are coated with nylon, providing a secure grip while preventing damage to the optics. The mount accommodates flat optics up to 2 mm thick when loaded from one side and up to 1.5 mm thick when loaded from both sides. With its compact size and thin profile, this mount is ideal for space-constrained optical setups. It features a centered M4 tapped hole at the bottom for direct mounting onto optical posts.
