LBTEK Si Fixed Gain Balanced Photodetector operates within a wavelength range of 400 nm to 1100 nm, available in two input types: FC/APC fiber input and free-space optical input. It offers five bandwidth options: 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 500 MHz, and 1 GHz. Note: The standard product output coupling method is AC-coupled by default. For DC-coupled output, customization is available (only for bandwidths below 500 MHz).

The low-frequency cutoff frequency for AC-coupled fixed gain models with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and below is in the hundreds of Hz range. For bandwidths above 500 MHz, the low-frequency cutoff is 30 kHz. If you have specific requirements for the cutoff frequency, please contact technical support for details.

LBTEK InGaAs fixed-gain balanced photodetectors operate within a wavelength range of 800 nm to 1700 nm. They are available in two input types: FC/APC fiber input and free-space optical input, with five bandwidth options: 100 MHz, 200 MHz, 350 MHz, 800 MHz, and 1.6 GHz. Note: The standard output coupling method is AC coupling. If DC coupling is required, customization is available (only for bandwidths below 500 MHz).

For AC-coupled fixed-gain models with a bandwidth of 500 MHz and below, the low-frequency cutoff is around 100 Hz. For models with a bandwidth above 500 MHz, the low-frequency cutoff is 30 kHz.
