Product Description
  • For mounting cylindrical lenses or other rectangular components in 30 mm, 60 mm coaxial systems
  • The sliding arm and coaxial plate can move independently
  • 1 mm spaced graduations on the coaxial plate assisting in optical component alignment
The LBTEK 30 mm and 60 mm Coaxial System Cylindrical Lens Mounts are designed for mounting cylindrical lenses or other rectangular optical components into 30 mm and 60 mm coaxial systems. The mount primarily consists of three main parts: upper and lower sliding arms, a coaxial plate, and two Ø6 mm coaxial posts. The optical component is mounted between the two sliding arms, each of which is lined with a rubber pad and features an edge that conforms to the lens surface for secure lens fixation. Each sliding arm and the coaxial plate are secured to the Ø6 mm rods using two M3 set screws. The sliding arms and coaxial plate can be independently adjusted and locked. Therefore, when loosening the coaxial plate while tightening the sliding arms, users can translate the lens parallel to the coaxial rods (i.e., in the lateral direction) without affecting other parts of the coaxial system. Additionally, users can reposition the sliding arms from one side of the coaxial plate to the other, enabling switching between left-handed and right-handed configurations based on the application environment. Furthermore, both sides of the coaxial plate feature scale markings, with primary divisions spaced at 5 mm and secondary divisions at 1 mm. To assist in aligning the optical component coaxially, the central main scale line on the coaxial plate is positioned on the centerline of the coaxial system. Since the cylindrical lens axis is parallel to the sliding arms, coaxial alignment can be achieved by moving the upper and lower sliding arms while comparing their positions with the corresponding scale lines on the coaxial plate.

30 mm Coaxial System Cylindrical Lens Mounts
  • Mounting base for rectangular optics in 30 mm coaxial systems
  • Height adjustment range for optics mounted on sliding arms: 4 mm to 17 mm within coaxial system
  • Coaxial plate with central SM1 threaded hole
  • M4 threaded holes on the bottom for mounting posts

The LBTEK 30 mm Coaxial System Cylindrical Lens Mount allows for horizontal or vertical positioning of cylindrical lenses and other rectangular optical components within a 30 mm coaxial system. Within the coaxial system, the height adjustment range for mounting optical components using the sliding arms is between 4 mm and 17 mm. Additionally, users can replace the included 50 mm post with longer posts (MOP series posts, sold separately) to accommodate taller optical components (note that the mount cannot be used in the coaxial system if the sliding arms overlap with the coaxial through-hole). The coaxial plate features an SM1 internal threaded hole at its center, compatible with 1-inch optical components and SM1 threaded accessories. The bottom of the coaxial plate includes an M4 threaded hole for mounting onto posts (Note that if the lower sliding arm is moved too far downward, the mounted post may collide with the lower arm). This mount can be paired with our CPR-1A rotating coaxial plate, enabling the cylindrical lens to be rotated within the 30 mm coaxial system.

60 mm Coaxial System Cylindrical Lens Mounts
  • For rectangular optical component mount of 60 mm coaxial systems
  • Height adjustment range for optics mounted on sliding arms: 4 mm to 17 mm within coaxial system
  • Coaxial plate with SM2 threaded hole in the center
  • M4 threaded holes on the bottom for mounting posts

The LBTEK 60 mm Coaxial System Cylindrical Lens Mount allows for horizontal or vertical positioning of cylindrical lenses and other rectangular optical components within the 60 mm coaxial system. Within the coaxial system, the height adjustment range for mounting optical components using the sliding arms is between 4 mm and 47 mm. Additionally, users can replace the included 75 mm post with longer posts (MOP series posts, sold separately) to accommodate taller optical components (note that the mount cannot be used in the coaxial system if the sliding arms overlap with the coaxial through-hole). The coaxial plate features an SM2 internal threaded hole at the center, compatible with 2-inch optical components and SM2-threaded accessories. The bottom of the coaxial plate includes M4 threaded holes for mounting onto posts (Note that if the lower sliding arm is moved too far downward, the mounted post may collide with the lower arm).
