LBTEK offers 50.8×50.8 mm positive and negative NBS 1963A resolution test targets. Both types of resolution test targets include five horizontal lines and five vertical lines, totaling 26 groups, corresponding to line widths ranging from 1 mm to 55.6 µm. The resolution test targets consist of positive (bright field) and negative (dark field) versions. The positive resolution test target features a chrome coating on a soda-lime glass substrate, allowing light transmission through the non-patterned areas. The negative resolution test target has a chrome coating on the substrate, enabling light transmission through the patterned areas.
