LBTEK offers Translating Rectangular Filter Holders available in both XY dual-axis and single-axis options, capable of accommodating rectangular plate optical components with a maximum thickness of 4 mm and widths ranging from 12.5 to 127 mm. Each translation axis is equipped with a vernier scale for repeatable positioning of optical components, with a resolution of 100 μm. The mount features M4 threaded holes providing multiple post mounting orientations, and rubber-tipped screws are used to secure the optical components while preventing damage to the optical surfaces. The MS-XY XY Translation Mounts provided by LBTEK can mount rectangular plate optical components with widths ranging from 12.5 mm to 77 mm and a maximum thickness of 4 mm. The optical component is secured by two clamping arms, each equipped with two rubber-tipped screws. The clamping arms can slide within the channels to accommodate optical components of different sizes. The mount features two drivers, enabling manual adjustment within a travel range of 50 mm on the X-axis and 30 mm on the Y-axis. Both translation axes are equipped with vernier scales with a resolution of 100 μm, allowing for repeatable positioning of optical components. The clamping arms and drivers can be locked using a 2 mm hex key. The mount includes five M4 threaded holes, one of which is a through-hole that allows setup from both front and back positions, providing a total of six different mounting options. By loosening the top screw, the clamping arms can be removed from the channels and interchanged. This mount is ideal for general XY translation applications and self-assembled microscope systems, as well as LBTEK rectangular test targets, filters, mirrors, windows, and other optical components. Note: When the optical component is mounted in the clamping arms, approximately 4.5 mm at each end will be obscured.

The One-Axis Translation Mounts MS-50X and MS-100X provided by LBTEK can accommodate rectangular plate optical components with widths ranging from 12.5 mm to 77 mm and 12.5 mm to 127 mm, respectively, and a maximum thickness of 4 mm. The optical components are mounted using two clamping arms, each equipped with two rubber-tipped screws. The clamping arms can slide within the channel to accommodate optical components of different sizes. The mount driver offers manual adjustment within a 50 mm/100 mm travel range, and the translation axis features a vernier scale with a resolution of 100 μm, allowing for repeatable positioning of optical components. Both the clamping arms and the driver can be locked using a 2 mm hex wrench. The mount includes seven M4 threaded holes, enabling setup from three different orientations. By loosening the top fixing screw, the clamping arms can be removed from the channel and interchanged. This mount is ideal for general one-axis translation applications and self-built microscope systems, as well as LBTEK rectangular test targets, filters, mirrors, windows, and other optical components. Note: When mounting optical components in the clamping arms, approximately 4.5 mm at each end will be obscured.
