The Piezoelectric Linear Translation Stage provided by LBTEK utilizes a piezoelectric inertia drive to achieve rapid and stable high-precision reciprocating linear motion in a single axis within a compact package. When no power is supplied to the piezoelectric device and the stage is stationary, the piezoelectric inertia drive is self-locking, making it highly suitable for stationary applications requiring nanometer-level resolution and long-term quasi-stability. The aluminum alloy piezoelectric linear stage offers certain horizontal load capacity and employs precision ball-bearing guides for high accuracy and efficiency, making it ideal for micro-positioning applications in fields such as micro/nanotechnology, biotechnology, and quality control. LBTEK piezoelectric linear stages are available in various platform sizes and travel ranges, with a maximum motion speed of 1.5 mm/s.

LBTEK's piezoelectric linear translation stages provide fast and stable piezoelectric-controlled linear motion. These stages utilize piezoelectric inertial drives to support the load platform in achieving single-axis linear reciprocating motion on precision ball-bearing guides. When driven by the LBCF30 controller, speeds of up to 1.5 mm/s can be achieved. The base of the stage features a set of countersunk holes, allowing it to be mounted onto optical tables or custom-built stage modules using screws. The threaded holes on the stage surface support the mounting of various optical components. LBTEK piezoelectric linear translation stages offer multiple stage sizes and travel ranges to choose from.

The piezoelectric linear translation stage controller provided by LBTEK features an internal piezoelectric inertial drive, which not only addresses the control method for a single single-axis stage but also enables connection to multiple single-axis stages through the multi-interface LBCK30 connecting cable, achieving control of up to three axes. The controller connects to a PC via a USB interface for host software control. When controlling a single-axis piezoelectric linear stage, the LBCF30 piezoelectric controller can operate via USB/5 V power supply, with a maximum speed of 1.5 mm/s. For multi-axis control of piezoelectric linear stages, the LBCF30 piezoelectric controller requires an additional portable power supply and utilizes the LBCK30 connecting cable to achieve synchronized motion control of multiple single-axis piezoelectric linear stages. The LBCF30 operates as an open-loop controller.

LBTEK provides connection cables that are compatible with various models of piezoelectric linear stages. The LBCK15 cable features a 2-pin HRS plug on one end and a 2-pin MMCX female connector on the other, designed for the LBMS15 series of piezoelectric linear stages. The LBCK30 cable has a DB 9 male connector on one end and three 2-pin MMCX female connectors on the other, compatible with the LBMS30 series of piezoelectric linear stages. The piezoelectric stages can be connected to piezoelectric controllers via the appropriate cables. The LBMS15 series piezoelectric stages require connection to the controller through the LBCK15 cable, which must be adapted to the LBCK30 cable. The LBMS30 series piezoelectric stages can be directly connected to the controller using the LBCK30 cable.
