Product Description
  • High brightness, square light source
  • High collimation
  • Compatible with 30 mm coaxial system
LBTEK Parallel Coaxial Light Source adopts high-power, high-brightness LEDs, which are collimated through a special condensing lens to emit collimated light, achieving the effect of parallel beams. The coaxial parallel light source is commonly used for inspecting defects such as scratches and notches on workpiece surfaces. Since the light source is positioned on the side, the light passes through a beam splitter or splitting prism, with half of the light transmitted and absorbed by the material, while the other half is reflected and illuminates the surface of the object under test. The light is then reflected by the surface of the object and captured by the lens for imaging observation by the camera. Compared to ordinary coaxial light, the parallel coaxial light source provides more parallel and brighter illumination, enabling clear detection of defects like scratches and notches on reflective surfaces. It is suitable for inspecting edge contours and dimensions of parts, as well as scratches on planar reflective objects.
