LBTEK offers Vertical Adjustment Flexure Mounts (Industrial Grade) that, compared to traditional adjustment mounts, eliminate spring components and utilize a flexure structure capable of providing both guided rotation and elastic force, thereby achieving a more compact design. The product is made of stainless steel, offering excellent heat and corrosion resistance, which enhances the stability of the mount. The adjuster employs an ultra-fine thread pair with a 0.2 mm pitch for adjustment, delivering higher sensitivity. Additionally, the adjuster features a locknut to ensure long-term stability. The locknut provides multiple adjustment options: the knurled outer surface allows for hand-tightening, while in confined spaces, the MT-OWR1 key can be used for secure fastening.

LBTEK Vertical Adjustment Flexure Mounts secure optical components with rubber-tipped set screws, allowing mounting on both sides to adapt to various situations. The VAM-1AS can accommodate optical components with Ø25.4 mm diameter and a minimum thickness of 2.5 mm, offering an adjustment range of 5° and a precision of 0.18° per rotation for both pitch and yaw. The mount features two M5×0.2 high-sensitivity adjusters with locknuts, adjustable using the included 2.0 mm hex key. Both the front and back sides of the VAM-1AS are equipped with mounting holes, including four M3 threaded holes and two M3 countersunk holes, supporting multiple mounting methods. The VAM-05AS can hold Ø12.7 mm optical components with a 4.0° adjustment range and a threaded mechanism with locking feature. It secures optical components with set screws, accommodating a minimum thickness of 2.1 mm. The base includes an M4 threaded mounting hole, while the front M3 mounting hole can be paired with an adapter. The VAM-1AF features 3 M3 countersunk holes on the front for securing the VAM-1AS, and includes 2 M3 countersunk holes, 1 M4 countersunk hole, and 1 M6 mounting slot on the base, providing multiple mounting options. The purchase includes 3 M3×6, 1 M4×8, and 1 M6×16 socket head cap screws. The VAM-05AF has 3 M3 countersunk holes on the front for locking the VAM-05AS, and comes with 1 M4 countersunk mounting hole on the base. The purchase includes 1 M4 socket head cap screw. The VAM-1AF-SP is equipped with 4 M3 countersunk holes on the front for securing either VAM-1AS-SP1 or VAM-1AS-SP2. Its two Ø14 mm slot holes are designed to avoid interference with the large-angle beam-splitting reflector mount's dual 45° input/output light paths.
