
LBTEK RCR1A positive and negative plates extend to the edge of the reticle using a cross method, with a line width of 25 µm. The RCR1B positive and negative plates include one cross and 10 concentric rings marked with numbers, with a line width of 10 µm, and each ring differs in diameter by 1 mm. LBTEK reticles use a 1.5 mm thick UV-grade fused silica substrate, with a transmittance greater than 90% in the 200-1200 nm spectral range. One side is coated with a high-reflectivity chromium film, and the coated area achieves a reflectance of 40% within the visible light range.
