The LBTEK Time-Correlated Single Photon Counter measures photon signals detected by single-photon detection devices across multiple signal cycles, obtaining a large number of photon counting signals and time information. By superimposing these measurement results on the same time coordinate, a histogram based on statistical results can be plotted. The histogram bins reflect the light signal intensity corresponding to the count values within the time window. Additionally, the LBTEK Time-Correlated Single Photon Counter supports time-tagging mode, enabling real-time recording of the time information and channel information of the acquired signals. The LBTEK Time-Correlated Single Photon Counter offers a time resolution of 16 ps and a dead time no longer than 10 ns. With powerful high-speed data storage and processing capabilities, it achieves a saturation count rate of up to 100 Mcps. Data is uploaded to the PC via a USB 3.0 interface, allowing for operations such as histogram construction, fitting, parameter setting, data storage, and analysis.

The LBSPCM-H series products can support a time resolution of 1ps with a dead time as low as 2ns. With powerful high-speed data storage and processing capabilities, the LBSPCM-H can achieve a saturated count rate of up to 500Mcps. In addition, besides the conventional USB3.0 interface, it also provides a 10Gbit/s optical port 10 Gigabit Ethernet, enabling a maximum event transmission rate of 280Mcps. Data is uploaded to the PC via USB3.0 or 10 Gigabit Ethernet (optical port), allowing operations such as histogram construction, fitting, parameter setting, data storage, and analysis.
