The LBTEK imaging spacer has overall dimensions of 51×25 mm with a total of 8 holes. Each hole has an aperture of 9 mm, and each piece is 0.12 mm thick. By peeling off the double-sided protective film and pressing it onto a coverslip or slide, it forms a sealed chamber on the glass surface, supporting free-floating samples to resolve fine internal structures. The LBTEK imaging spacer can also be cut and stacked with multiple layers, allowing customization of chamber depth according to experimental requirements.
