The 40 mm × 40 mm stage surface incorporates M3 tapped holes at 32 mm pitch and M2 tapped holes at 20 mm pitch. Micrometer heads offer three drive types: end direct drive, left-side drive, and right-side drive, with 10 μm minimum graduation. All nominal specifications undergo 100% inspection before delivery, ensuring ≤10 μm running parallelism and ≤20 μm static parallelism.
