The LBTEK Cuvette Post Holder can be combined with cuvettes or test tubes, and together with a fiber-coupled optical spectrometer and a light source, it forms a miniaturized spectrophotometer system for applications such as absolute absorbance measurement/fluorescence spectrum measurement of various aqueous solutions. The cuvette post holder is fixed with two LB74UV fiber collimating lenses at both ends, which can connect to fibers with SMA905 connectors. One end is used for coupling the light source input (illumination fiber), while the other end connects to measurement instruments such as spectrometers via the fiber (readout fiber). Additionally, by adjusting the collimating lens, the fiber output end face can be positioned at the focal point of the lens to match all types of cuvettes with a 1 cm optical path.

LBTEK Cuvettes are made from UV-grade fused silica glass using optical cementing technology. The cuvettes come in two options: LBUCT-100T with two optical windows and LBUCT-100F with four optical windows. Both feature a standard 12.5 mm square external profile, with a 10 mm optical path length and 100 μl capacity. Each pair is provided with PTFE caps to prevent dust and other particles while offering certain sealing properties.

The LBTEK Online Flow Cell is a short optical path length flow cell for online solution detection. This sample cell has a operating wavelength range of 200 nm-2500 nm, capable of measuring liquid flow changes online. Constructed from 304 stainless steel, it is suitable for process monitoring in harsh industrial environments. Both ends of the sample cell are equipped with standard SMA905 fiber collimating lenses for coupling the light source and detection optical path respectively. The adjustable optical path length between the two fiber collimating lenses ranges from 1 mm to 20 mm, which can be fine-tuned using the external stainless steel hex nut and the slot-head set screw on the collimator. Additionally, both ends come standard with Ø9.525 mm stainless steel hex nuts, compatible with metal tubes having an outer diameter of 9.525 mm for liquid flow. LBTEK includes two adapters for connecting plastic tubes with an outer diameter of 5 mm.
