The LBTEK Gas Analysis Cells can be used in conjunction with LBTEK Fiber Optic Spectrometers and Light Sources to analyze various flowing gases, such as sulfur dioxide, carbon monoxide, helium, and more. The gas analysis cells are made of brass, offering minimal thermal influence and strong stability, making them widely applicable in environmental online monitoring, industrial control, safety monitoring, and other scenarios.

The LBTEK Gas Analysis Cell is a gas analyzer accessory designed for applications such as environmental protection and online gas analysis in industrial settings, both domestically and internationally. This product can be paired with LBTEK Fiber Optic Spectrometers to form a simple gas analyzer for measuring the concentrations of gases such as SO2, NO, NO2, O2, NH3, Cl2, O3, and H2S. The gas analysis cell is made of brass, offering strong stability even at high temperatures, making it suitable for online monitoring of high-temperature flue gases. Both ends of the cell are equipped with LB74UV fiber collimating lenses featuring standard SMA905 connectors, used to connect the light source and detector, respectively. There are two ventilation holes located at the top of both ends of the cell for gas inlet and outlet (no directional restriction). The inner and outer diameters of the ventilation holes are 3 mm and 5 mm, respectively, and it is recommended to use PTFE tubing with an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 5 mm. If liquid flows into the cell during use, the plug at the bottom of the cell can be loosened after testing to remove any debris.
