Product Description
  • Operating wavelength 185-2500 nm
  • Standard SMA905 connector
  • Integrated detection system with spectrometer and light source through fiber adapter
LBTEK offers spectral measurement accessories such as filter post holders for solid analysis, reflectance measurement post holders, and diffuse reflectance fiber optic probes. Through the adapter fibers provided by LBTEK, these can be integrated with our spectrometers and light sources to form simple detection systems. The filter post holders can be used for applications like absorbance measurements and fluorescence sampling, while the reflectance measurement post holders are suitable for reflectance spectral measurements. The diffuse reflectance fiber optic probes can not only measure diffuse reflectance spectra but also detect fluorescence spectra on solid surfaces.
Optical Filter Post Holder
  • Operating wavelength 185-2500 nm
  • Equipped with two 5 mm diameter fiber collimators
  • Connector type: SMA905
  • Applicable filter thickness: ≤10 mm

The LBTEK Filter Post Holder includes two LB74UV fiber collimating lenses and one M3 plastic thumb screw. The collimating lenses, with a operating wavelength range of 185 nm to 2500 nm, are fixed at both ends of the filter post holder. The optical axis is positioned 15 mm above the base and can connect to SMA905 connector fibers. One end is used for coupling the light source input (illumination fiber), while the other end connects to measurement instruments such as spectrometers via the fiber (readout fiber). The M3 plastic thumb screw is used to secure the filter, with a maximum clamping thickness of 10 mm for the filter.

Reflection Measurement Post Holders
  • Base sampling area diameter 100 mm
  • Can hold probes with a maximum diameter of 6.35 mm
  • Adjustable sampling height, with a maximum height of 85 mm above the base platform

The LBTEK Reflection Measurement Post Holder features stability and multi-directional control of the fiber's incident and exit angles, making it widely applicable in scenarios requiring non-fixed angle measurements. The base diameter of the reflection measurement stand is 150 mm, with a sampling area diameter of 100 mm. The base platform is designed with multiple concentric circles of different diameters to facilitate sample positioning. The top bracket can hold fiber optic probes or other sampling optical devices with a maximum diameter of 6.35 mm, secured by an M4 thumb screw on the side. The height of the sampling can be adjusted by sliding the stainless steel rod up and down, with a maximum adjustable height of approximately 85 mm above the base platform. Once adjusted to the target position, it can be fixed using the M6 thumb screw on the side. The LBTEK Reflection Measurement Post Holder can be used for reflectance measurements of solid and powder samples, as well as for securing fiber optic probes and light sources, offering excellent flexibility and practicality.

Diffuse Reflection Fiber Optic Probes
  • Operating wavelength 185-2500 nm
  • Equipped with two 5 mm diameter fiber collimating lenses
  • Connector type: SMA905
  • Applicable filter diameter: 10 mm

The LBTEK Diffuse Reflection Fiber Optic Probe includes two LB74UV fiber collimating lenses, each equipped with a 10mm diameter filter mounting slot and retaining ring at the front end (filters are to be loaded or replaced by the user). In addition to measuring diffuse reflection spectra, this probe can also be used to detect fluorescence spectra on solid surfaces. When measuring fluorescence spectra, filters can be installed at the front end of each collimating lens. One filter is placed in the excitation light path to eliminate stray peaks outside the main peak of the excitation light source, while the other is installed in the detection light path to filter out the excitation light component from the fluorescence emission spectrum. The optical path of this product is illustrated in the right figure: the light source is connected via an optical fiber to the left interface, where the diverging light is converted into parallel light by the fiber collimating lens and directed onto the sample. The reflected light from the sample surface or the emitted fluorescence is coupled through the other interface into the optical fiber and transmitted to measurement equipment (such as the LBS750 spectrometer) for analysis. The collimating lens at the beveled edge is positioned at a 45-degree angle relative to the vertical collimating lens, collecting diffuse reflection light from the sample surface while avoiding interference from specular reflection.
