The LBTEK reflective collimator is precisely assembled with off-axis parabolic mirrors and housed in a stainless steel casing. It features an additional 25.4 mm/50.8 mm adapter for direct installation into LBTEK's 25.4 mm/50.8 mm mounting components. The integrated off-axis parabolic mirror ensures that the focal length remains constant across a broad wavelength range. Due to this inherent property, the reflective collimator can collimate light of different wavelengths without requiring adjustment, making it an ideal choice for collimating polychromatic light. It is commonly used in broadband light source systems, infrared beam collimation/coupling systems, and polychromatic light coupling systems.

As shown in the assembly diagram, the LBTEK reflective collimator can be paired with various mirror mounts to enable three-axis angular adjustment of the output spatial beam.

LBTEK threaded adapters are all made of 300 series stainless steel with a sandblasted surface finish. They are used to adapt reflective collimators with external threads of M20×0.8 and M28×0.8 to SM1 threads. Among them, RFCAGA1 is suitable for M20×0.8 reflective collimators, while RFCAGA2 is suitable for M28×0.8 reflective collimators.
