LBTEK Laser Beam Expander Mount with four adjustment axes, capable of adjusting pitch/yaw angles and X/Y-axis linear translation. It features highly elastic double-hook tension springs and a unique locking mechanism, providing long-term stability for optical systems and equipment. The mount is equipped with four double-hook tension springs (0.8 mm wire diameter), each providing 23 N of tension at the pitch/yaw balance position. The floating front plate includes two M3 locking screw holes; after angle adjustment, a 2.5 mm hex key can be used to tighten the locking screws for long-term stability. The pitch/yaw adjustment employs a single stainless steel plate to limit relative freedom between the front and back plates, allowing for the mounting of heavier optical components, e.g., large-aperture laser beam expanders, with enhanced stability. For X/Y-axis linear translation adjustment, a centering locking knob is added to secure the central moving structure directly after adjustment. Both sides of the mount feature M6 threaded holes for expandable posts in free-space applications. Additionally, LBTEK offers various mounting flanges, including threaded flanges (M22×0.75 mm, M30×1.0 mm, M34×0.10 mm) and smooth-bore flanges (Ø40.5 mm, Ø30 mm, Ø25.4 mm, Ø12.7 mm) for compatibility with diverse optical components. LBTEK offers Laser Beam Expander Mounts for large-aperture laser beam expanders. The AMM4-LBE-M22 mount comes with an integrated mounting flange featuring M22×0.75 mm threads, while the AMM4-LBE-M34 mount has an M34×1.0 mm threaded flange. The AMM4-LBE-SM1.5 mount is equipped with SM1.5 threads for mounting the VBE-532-2-10X beam expander. Additional flange specifications are available for separate purchase. To replace the flange, simply loosen the four M3 screws on the flange using a 2.0 mm hex wrench. Pitch/yaw adjustments are achieved via two M6×0.25 precision threaded pairs. The AMM4-LBE-M22 provides ±2° angular adjustment with 0.27° per rotation, while the AMM4-LBE-M34/SM1.5 offers ±3° adjustment at 0.19° per rotation. The threaded bushings feature a locking mechanism, adjustable with a 2.0 mm hex key. Additionally, the pitch/yaw front plate includes two M3 threaded holes for securing the position after adjustment, which can be tightened using a 2.5 mm hex key. The relative freedom limit between the front and rear plates utilizes a solid stainless steel plate for enhanced stability. X/Y axis adjustments are performed by two M6×0.25 precision threaded pairs, providing ±1.0 mm travel range. The mount includes centering lock knobs—once adjusted, simply tighten the knobs for long-term stable locking (Note: When readjusting X/Y after locking, first loosen the centering knob before making adjustments). Both sides of the mount feature an M6 threaded hole for mounting posts. Each purchase of an LBTEK Laser Beam Expander Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex key and one 2.5 mm hex key.

The VBE-532-2-10X is mounted on the AMM4-LBE-SM1.5 mount.

The LBE-40.5 mounting flange is attached to the mount using four M4 screws, and a 2.0 mm hex key is used to tighten the four rubber-tipped screws that secure the variable magnification beam expander.
