LBTEK's Adjustment plates and retaining clamps must be used in pairs. The retaining clamp is mounted on both sides of the optical component and secured via M3 socket‑head screws on the clamp. The adjustment plate is used to connect and stabilize multiple components in close proximity, and is secured using adjustable M3 set screws or 6‑32 set screws.

The edge on one side of the LBTEK fixed clip is milled flat. During installation, first rotate the clip so that the flat edge faces the groove. Then place the accessory into the groove between the clips, rotate the bolt to cover the edge of the accessory with the rounded side, and finally tighten the M3 pan head screw and washer. There is no need to remove the pan head screw when rotating the clip.

Secure the buckle to lock the OFF32 fiber optic holder and mount it on the multi-axis translation stage.

LBTEK adjustment plates are used for close-range installation of multiple components. The adjustment plate comes with a row of rubber-tipped screws for securing components, facilitating repositioning and close-range installation. Each is fixed through two screw holes, with two options available: 6-32 or M3 pan head screw counterbore holes.

Adjust the pressure plate to lock the two adjacent components and secure them on the multi-axis translation stage.
