The LBTEK Motorized Linear Translation Stage with Integrated Controller series integrates precision controllers, providing crucial support in precision measurement and inspection applications. The unit is lightweight, compact in structure, and combines control components with actuating elements in one body, occupying minimal space for applications in confined areas. Its ultra-precision screw guide rail enables smooth, nearly noiseless motion, and can be adapted for two-dimensional or three-dimensional installation via connecting components. Unlike servo motor-driven stages, this translation stage employs a dual-axis stepper motor drive and allows manual adjustment via a rear knob when power is off.

The LBTEK Motorized Linear Translation Stage with Integrated Controller features a table size of 100 mm × 100 mm with a linear travel of 100 mm. It can bear a load of up to 12 kgf when installed horizontally and up to 4 kgf when installed vertically. Even under full horizontal load, it maintains a maximum speed of 50 mm/s and achieves unidirectional positioning accuracy of <±5.0 µm after calibration. It is suitable for applications requiring high load capacity and precision, such as measurement and inspection. The LBTEK integrated controller electric linear stage can be remotely controlled via PC or manually operated using the buttons and slider switches on the control panel. Parameters can be adjusted on the PC and stored in the device's built-in non-volatile memory. These settings are automatically applied when the device is powered on. It also supports manual operation without a PC or USB connection.

The included 5 mm diameter locating pins ensure positioning accuracy and orthogonality, while the provided M6 screws secure the assembly through the mounting holes, offering convenient and straightforward installation. This adapter plate is compatible with both left-handed and right-handed systems.
