The LBTEK 2-inch MT High-Stability Series Optical Mount offers superior long-term alignment stability compared to standard optical mounts. It is designed for mounting optical components with a diameter of 50.8 mm and supports both left-handed and right-handed mounting. Optical components can be secured using flexure pieces and set screws or via a retaining ring. The M6×0.25 precision adjuster provides an angular adjustment range of ±4° for the mount. For the adjustment of the MT series stainless steel optical mounts, LBTEK offers a range of compatible accessories that users can optionally configure. These accessories enhance convenience and flexibility during use, enabling the mounts to adapt to a wider variety of situations.

LBTEK 2-inch Stainless Steel Mount, suitable for Ø50.8 mm optical components. Two low-deformation mounting methods are available: MT-AM2 and MT-AM2S4 use flexure pieces and set screws, with a minimum optical component thickness of 4 mm. Three M6×0.25 precision adjusters provide the mount with an angular adjustment range of ±4°. Both knob and knobless versions are available—the knob version can be adjusted by hand or with a hex wrench, while the knobless version requires a hex wrench. The optical adjustment mount features M4 countersunk mounting holes on the side. The MT-AM2Tx series uses a retaining ring for direct fixation of optical components, with one stainless steel retaining ring included upon purchase. The maximum thickness for ring-mounted optical components is 12 mm. Each purchase includes two M4 hex socket screws and one each of 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm hex wrenches.

Stainless steel mirror mounts can be used with stainless steel posts and the non-bridging clamping arm.

The optical component is secured using flexure pieces and set screws. The two M6×0.25 precision adjusters with lock rings (knobless) provide an angular adjustment range of ±4° for the mount. The knobless adjusters are adjusted using a hex key. Additionally, the optical adjustment mount features M4 countersunk mounting holes on the side. The purchase includes 2 M4 thin-head hex socket screws and one each of 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm hex keys.

The M6×0.25 precision adjuster with side holes is used for adjusting the pitch/yaw of optics, offering multiple adjustment methods as shown in the right figure: Figure 1: Direct adjustment using a 2.0 mm hex key at the end of the adjuster; Figure 2: Adjustment using the MT-SHR1 side-hole adjustment wrench; Figure 3: Mounting of the MT-HWS1 detachable knob for adjustment; Figure 4: Fine adjustment using the HWS-2 hex knob. Additionally, users can add the MT-LN1 adjuster locknut to enhance locking based on requirements. The optical mount features M4 countersunk mounting holes on the side and comes with two M4 thin-head hex screws, one each of 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm hex keys.
